Metallic Epoxy Flooring

Metallic Epoxy Coating is a 2 component epoxy. It is specially formulated with a pearlescent metallic pigment. It can be applied using a roller or squeegee, depending on the look you desire. This coating requires a primer coat, metallic epoxy basecoat with effects kit, and a UV resistant urethane or polyaspartic clearcoat.


The finished look is a smooth, glass-like finish that has a unique and subtle reflective sparkle. No two floors will ever look the same. There are endless creative techniques that can be used to create a style that you can call your own.


Some of our customers say metallic floors resemble moon craters, a lava lamp, lightning strikes, marble countertops, shimmery glitter paint and they appear three dimensional. This is truly a work of art!


Choose from any of our metallic colors. You can create numerous types of color combinations as listed below:

Two-Tone Effect: a two-tone metallic effect which is the basecoat color plus a single metallic effect color on top.


Same Color Effect: A same color effect can be achieved by using the same color metallic basecoat and metallic effect.


Two Color Effect: Two color effects are achieved by using a metallic basecoat with two different metallic effects colors on top.


We limit the maximum number of metallic colors in our store to three. We’ve tested that any more than three colors becomes too busy and muddy. We recommend only using one or two colors but if you would like a third, it is available.
